About Me

As of the most recent update to this website, I’m a software engineer who is the vice-chair and co-founder of a non-profit using technology to fight injustice in his spare time. I’ve lived in various parts of Virginia my whole life, but I’m not shy about traveling. I read books pretty often, but not as often as I should. I love music, I love my fiancee, and I love my mom’s chocolate mousse pie.
Depending on what mood I’m in, I could be avidly endorsing board games, triathlons, TV shows, or magic tricks (illusions, if you’re GOB). I’m an all-around happy person, mostly because I’m well aware of my own privileges and try not to take them lightly. I don’t use social media very often because I don’t think it’s healthy, but I do wish I blogged more regularly.
I’d go on, but “About Me” pages are tough. If you want to see more directly what I’m passionate about, check out my blog (link above).
